You dont see voltage only ok? What do you mean

Sounds like you did not properly flash. All of your settings should have been erased. You need to load optimized defaults right after you flash, save and apply, and reboot back to the BIOS to then make your changes all over again.

Mean theat I see only Ok ...
I did properly flash ... I load defaults settings after flash ,save restart ... then again set my setings for 2.8Ghz ,1000 Mhz Memory ... See this :

Hmm very strange, none of them seem to be working. Should look like this >>>

Maybe you should flash to a previous BIOS version, I would say Try F5 or F7a

    Where is your ram timings????

If it were me, I would try the F7a beta bios as LsdMe has suggested. With a bit of luck, the actual voltages will be shown rather than "OK"

I'm afraid that MB is one of cheap board sold by Gigabyte that not have PC Health fully implemented in BIOS.

Really a mess. You should then use Everest - a good tool you can trust.

Your M.I.T. screen is also so limited, not a single adjust in memory timing - did you try to press control-F1 on BIOS main page?

Hmm very odd for sure, try +4-5 and see what you get in windows.

CPU Vcore will always be less because of Vdrop, and vdroop

    +3v = (Everest) 1.9 -1.94
    +4v = (Everest) 1.95-1.98
When start MemTest voltage back down to 1.9 and 1.95
Fanny Ok from bios don't matter is 1.8 or 2.2 everest 1.98 is OK
End I don't see DDR18v like you ... is only DDR OK
