Sounds like you are getting things going better! Did you do a clean install or just get it fixed up now?

Not installed again, just getting to understand this system better. Want to see if some memory adjustments gets me going well without a clean install..

BTW. managed to look at the Task Manager just at the moment when an other reboot occured and i had plenty of memory to play around even though i was thinking that might be causing me troubles but nope, itīs not that!

Here you go, have a blast!

Well memory amount unused, and stable memory settings are two different beasts.

Why the question marks on CPU multiplier?

    obust Graphics Booster___________ [Auto]
    CPU Clock Ratio ____________ 16
    CPU Host Clock Control_ [Disabled]
    CPU Host Frequency (MHz)__________ [200] (16x 200= 3.200Ghz)
    PCI Express Frequency (Mhz)_______ [100]
    C.I.A. 2__________________________ [Disabled]
System Memory Multiplier (SPD)____ [4.00] = 800Mhz Ram
DRAM Timing Selectable_____ SPD __ [manual]

    Performance Enhance = [Turbo]

    CAS Latency Time________________ 4/5
    Dram RAS# to CAS# Delay_________ 4/5
    Dram RAS# Precharge Delay_______ 3/5
    Precharge Delay (tRAS)__________ 5/12/15

ACT to ACT Delay (tRRD)_________ 2-3
Rank Write to READ Delay________ 3
    Write to Precharge Delay________ 4-6
    Refresh to ACT Delay____________ 38-42
    Read to Precharge Delay_________ 3-6
    Static tRead Value______________ 5-6 (7-8)
Static tRead Phase Adjust_______ 0 [Auto] << always leave

    System Voltage Control____ [Manual]
DDR2 OverVoltage Control__ [+0.3V] Set to what you see on your ram sticker, 1.8V default 2.1V = +.3. I see 2.0-2.1 for your rams specs, so set 2.1 if you want to use the tighter timings above, 2.0 for the looser ones. I do see users saying will work at 1.8 though, but best to try to lower later

    PCI-E OverVoltage Control_ [Normal]
FSB OverVoltage Control___ [Normal] << maybe +0.1 for stability
    (G)MCH OverVoltage Control [+0.1V]
    CPU Voltage Control_______ [Normal]

Limit CPUID Max. to 3................: [Disabled]

So with these settings i got a reboot after a short while when i started to play HL-2. Have been playing a few times during this time but none reboots during the game before. This was first.

Some Everest stability test pictures. I have an open case without any additional fans so thatīs why mobo temp is like that.

Ahh, I wondered why you did that. I just put the default in is all.

Temps and voltages all look acceptable, are you using the latest BIOS? I ask because of your ram voltage. Since you only are getting 1.98 with a +3 setting you may want to bump it one more notch and try again with the above settings. Those were alot of ranges, so It is very likely that it would fail with that voltage and you entering the lowest for everything I posted. You were supposed to set all high and then work your way slowly down testing as you go. Sorry I did not say that.

And sorry seems I also forgot to tell you that Performance Enhance needs to be set to standard for sure when setting things yourself

Here, try these for now, this should be a bit more stable >>>>

About the ram volt, sorry my mistake when typing in, i corrected my last post for it.

It takes only .15V to get 1.98V all together.

Iīll put .25V for it and set Performance Enhance for [Standard] plus those other changes.

    BIOS is F13.

K, sounds good. Maybe +.2 or .25 see which is closest to 2.1 for now, but like I said maybe once you get stable you can see if less will also work

Turbo was likely a a huge issue before, and especially would have been with my lowest suggested/tweaked settings. Sorry for not making that clear about the ranges, and missing the performance enhance!

    Good luck with the testing!
