    great thank you :)
    Well i got my pc, mobo is replaced, sensors are fine now :\
    the video card still doesn't work properly, but it's either an windows\driver issue or hard drive issue, cause they have shown me that they get the result i need to get with their HDD and windows vista 32.
    and i still get 6K with 64 bit, i wonder what's wrong, i'll have to send ATI a ticket :<
    well im ready to OC :DDDDD
    so what settings should i start with?(im not doing anything without u now!)

    Nice to hear you got it back. Hmm ya that must be a 64bit driver issue then sounds like.

    Wow man, I dont know! HAHA Have I gave you any settings before in this 13 pages? If so those would be of course good. Use one of them and let me know how you get along, post what you use if you run into issues (The full table of settings please)

    ok after alot of booting problem i managed to boot, apparently i forgot to put spd 2.0d when i changed the latch XD it was on auto so frequency was 1200 XDDD:PP
    so this is waht i use now, i know these are high advanced timings, so how can i make them lower?, im testing via orthos atm, this is what i use:

    temps are (real temp 62-60 CELCIUS @ load )
    passed 7minutes for now, i have a good feeling,
    post me please what timings should i set now, and incase it doesnt boot when i set them.

    Ya, you gotta watch that Memory Multi when you switch or set the MCH latch, Dont feel bad I do that same thing often myself!

    Reference voltages can be left in Auto. The best way to do that properly is set VTT back down manually to stock and then place the reference voltages back in Auto and then raise your VTT back up if you want and the ref. voltages will be self adjusted

    And yeah drop/droop will happen across many variables across the board, it is a safety feature. Use Auto for those for sure until you get stable and then you can try to fine tune them if you like, but it really is not worth your time since you can only adjust the one and you really need both to actually benefit from tunning it

    hey lsd :D tighten up my timings, didnt touch votlages, everything is fine, i will stay with this pll and termination looks like it makes me stable, i will leave ref at 0.9 if its ok, though i see every gigabyte board has the drop on ref, same on every board :S. or its easy tune problem.
    well i see 1.39 v at load, 1.408 at idle, i will take the core down to see when it is fine. i will not increase the vcore anymore, this is the max, i want to try reaching 4ghz with this vcore, im gonna try this, lets move to 3.7 now :D

    Save that as your stable profile then since you say it is for sure stable, that way you can load it anytime and not have to worry about the new overclock you are working on being unstable. F11 on the MAIN page is save, F12 is load.

    Ref voltages, you should really put them in Auto for now

    Set your FSB to 412 and you may have to add some vcore, maybe not.. For 3.7. Pll set to 1.5 for sure not 1.57 as it may be too much. Stock is fine especially for how you are overclocking

    Rest all looks good for now, once you decide which CPU speed you want to keep you may be able to still lower some ram timings a bit

    done you suggestions, ref is on auto, PLL 1.5, tried to get to 3.7 with no luck, aint stable,i ran memtest 2.01 with test number 2 for 40 min with no errors(when fsb is 412, fq is 824mhz).
    so something is needed to get to 3.7 maybe high voltages? :S
    i tried it with 5-5-5-18 1.9v. and 5-4-4-15 @ 2.1v.
    very weird, and by the way, i decreased vtt to 1.3 and vcore to 1.4(bios), which is 1.344 load wondwos, and 1.376 idle.
    and it is stable, very weird.
    i still ahve a feeling it is memory or motherboard stuff i need to do( such as higher multi lower to do lower rated FSB, or the exact oposite, lower multi higher fsb :S
    well in gigabyte website it says up to 1600MHZ FSB, so if you have 400+fsb it is over 1600 rated fsb :S
    any advices to get to 3.7 ? my goal is atleast 3.8 :S

    You can run way over 1600 FSB. I am using 1800 now and have ran 2000+, that is just the "Official" rated FSB speed. So ya, try out some other CPU/multi/FSB settings and see what you can get going

    I think it is just may be the top end of your chip without pushing CPU Voltages

    this is so frustrating XDD ok nvm im happy with my 3.6 :D i will get a core I7 next year anyways :S.
    i will try tomorrow some other multi and fsb things.
    that monitor thing was BARE NAKED LUCK XD
    im considering adding another HDD in a month or two, and the Thermaltake fan for the NB( i figured out that the video card is what makes it HOT).
    will i have to make a RAID set up? can i use them like 2 partitions? what does RaID provide over 2 HDD stand alones? and is that complicated ?
