    UPDATE (about kernel-power-processor error):
    I found this: Kernel-Processor-Power Event 6 - TechNet Forums

I also noticed that with C4/C4E state enabled I get the issue said before
(some processor performance power management features have been disabled due to a known firmware problem. Check with the computer manufacturer for updated firmware)
and the following event in event viewer is:
    Your processor has:
    1 states of inactivity
    2 states of performance
    8 states of speed

with C4/C4E state disabled I don't get any issue, but in the event viewer I get
    Your processor has
    2 states of inactivity
    2 states of performance
    8 states of speed

Very strange... disabling a inactivity state (C4E) I get an inactivity state more....???

Could it be a bios issue, that selecting ENABLE C4E it disable this power state and
selecting DISABLE C4E it enable this power state. This could explain why I see 1
state of processor inactivity with C4E enabled but 2 states of processor inactivity
with C4E disabled. During next week I'll inquire installing a plug with a watt-meter,
to see if there are differences in power consumption in standby mode with C4E
    enabled and disabled.
