    Default GA-EP45-DS3R (e7200)

    Hello, im looking for someone who can help me with overclocking.
    Here is my HW configuration:
    - GA-P45-DS3R (atm i have F9 bios version coz when i had f10 i think it was worst)
    - e7200 2,53GHz (1,25 V max :< )
    - AC Freezer 7 Pro
    - 4GB (kit 2x2 GB) DDR2 800 MHz PC6400 A-DATA Extreme Edition Vitesta Retail (DDR2-667: 4-4-4-11-2T, 1,9 V; DDR2-850: 5-5-5-18-2T, 2,1 V)
    - MSI GeForce N260 GTX
    - Corsair WX 550 W
    - 2x Samsung SpinPoint F1 640GB, SATA II NCQ, 16MB cache, 7200ot.<Raid 0
    - 250 GB Seagate

    I was trying make some normal overclocking whole week, i read some threads on this forum, i had 3,4 and 3,6 GHz but unstable, finaly i got 3,2 Ghz stable today but i had some problems with OS and after reinstal i had to setup default options
    If somebody can help me, i want 3,6 Ghz or 3,8 Ghz, so If its possible please write me configuration

    F10 fixed S3 sleep, if that matters to you. If not then F9 it is!

    Please fill this in with your full settings you have now at 3.2 for me, and I will post back some suggested settings for you for 3.6 >>>>

    Im afraid that it wont be 100% correct informations, coz after reinstal OS it was unstable so now im on defautl setup, but ill try write it

    And its unstable, now after 2 mins in OCCT it wrote "critical temperature on CPU" . i dont understand it coz i have AC Freezer Pro 7 and i think its good. And maybe provlem is that i set Ccore up to 1,4V and CPU z shows 1,328

    1.32 actual is not that much, and you may actually need more. What do you have the "Warning" temp set to? Or what temp is it when it tells you this?

    I dont use that too much, so can you please tell me what CoreTemp shows your Idle and Load temps are with Orthos running for 10 minutes or so

    That cooler may just not be good enough for the voltage you need to run that CPU so high. You may either need to use less paste, or be sure it is on tight.... Or get a better cooler if your temps are hitting 65-70C already

    I dont use that too much, so can you please tell me what CoreTemp shows your Idle and Load temps are with Orthos running for 10 minutes or so

    That cooler may just not be good enough for the voltage you need to run that CPU so high. You may either need to use less paste, or be sure it is on tight.... Or get a better cooler if your temps are hitting 65-70C already
    1.32 is not that much but i setu it up in BIOS to 1.4 so i dont know why is it, i know that for this is something like vdroop? or something like that? I didnt set up any warnings:/ and i didnt check temperature:/
    Now, on 2,53 Ghz and CPU usage max 10% Speedfan shows 43°C.
    I think that this cooler is enought coz when i was thinking abou new computer i read many reviews and man who was writing about e7200 set it to 4,2 Ghz with same cooler as mine.

    i cant set it up to 3,6, 3,4 or even 3,2:(
