    Default O/C settings for GA-EP45-DS4?

    I have builded this new system from scratch.
    I have the following components:

    Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS4
    Intel C2D E8400 E0
    Scythe Mugen
    2x2GB Mushkin XP2-8500 DDR2 (996599)
    Club3D HD4870OC
    Cooler Master Real Power M620

    Now i like to know what the best settings are to reach a OC between 3,6 and 4,0Ghz. 3,6Ghz is easy to reach by raising the frontbus from 333 to 400. Then i let my memory run on 400 too (2.0 volt), so they work 1:1.
    But i want to get close to the 4Ghz barrier (but stability is a must have), so what would be the best settings?

    EDIT: As with LSD's settings, start with the timings fairly loose, then tighten them up if you can boot fine... if the gap is particularly large (eg tRFC) then you can tighten the timings 2 or 3 clock cycles at a time
