    you should be able to get that CPU to at least 4GHz on the DS3R... try these settings to get 3.6GHz, which really shouldn't be a problem with a decent cooler... i think your problem now is the RAM, but the settings below should help with that.

    are you using the B3 or G0 stepping version of the q6600?? the G0 will require lower vcore for OCing

    Well that went not that well or is a voltage of 1.49V idle in CPUZ good @3.6 ? But at that voltage it isnt stable, so i need to go higher? in bios my voltage is up to 1.56750v i dont think that is good? below my settings:

    P45 has a Huge Vdroop, so 1.5+ in the BIOS is fine. Q6600's do take ALOT of juice to get up to 3.6, so you are likely right and you may need more.

    Be sure you are setting a High Vtt (Termination) you will need more then suggested above for a 65NM CPU. Maybe 1.4-1.5 for your CPU, setting this may help you bring down your vcore a bit

    You should also be using 398, or 402 something like that so you are not right on the 400 Strap line. What is your exact memory settings? You posted back ranges, does this mean you are not setting them? If so you should do it, as Auto may not be setting them high enough for 2x2

    You may also wan to set ICH I/O to 1.55-1.6 and ICH Core 1.3-1.4

    Ok, I can boot up too windows, but when i activate Prime95 with Small fft it freeze. So is it just more voltage i need? it's 1.536 V in Cpuz when its idle.

    Hmm, sounds like you may be at the top range of your CPU. Not all will do 3.6 stable at respectable voltages. And I would not push more into yours without you being on water or Ln2

    I think you should back off and be happy with 3.4-3.5 or so, get that stable. There wont be any noticeable differences between 3.4 and 3.6 anyway and your CPU and board will last a whole lot longer
