You have to remember that hardware never overclocks the same even though the models used are the same. Every part behaves slightly different, so your board may only be able to overclock the quad with a high VTT while other X48T don't.

you can try to update the BIOs and see if that helps, but note down or photograph your settings because the profiles are lost after updating the BIOS. Also be sure to also load optimized defaults before updating the BIOS.

And 54C is not exactly hot, my maximum overclocks often end up at around 70C and that is with high-end watercooling.

70C, that's hot man. I will post my last stable settings in two hours. Just to make sure everything is guaranteed with no errors and well in range.

I've done some test and trials and here is the conclusion: MemTest86 v2.11 passed (more than 2:30 hours and then i manually closed it), prime95 passed (manually stopped it after 3 hours). System was cool around 54 degree as mentioned before. Whatever i did to decrease the FSB and VVT, i failed. So here is the latest stable bios of mine. There are only three or four changes compared to my second one:

You can leave it at that I guess, but don't say you haven't been warned if your CPU decides to die

I know man i know:). Thanks for the help though. Anyway i'll be back in two days, because my other 2x2 ram modules come and i'll have to revise the ram timings. I mean, is it possible to use the same settings of 2x2 for 4x2?

You will likely need more MCH Core, timings should be no problem with DDR3.

do you mean to increase just the mch voltage or both the mch voltage and the mch clock skew?

Just MCH Core, leave the other one!

I don't know what happened but i ran another prime95 thirthy minutes ago and only a single worker failed by the 6th test of FFT length 1024K. I mean, i don't know the reason but it keeps failing. It was ****ing stable much more than 2 hours before. It gives me fatal error and when i googled it, they predict it is about the ram voltaging and cas values. My rams work at 1.96V and it's good that i don't pass it. I really couldn't figure out why it gives error now, but not before?

If this is your RAM then you're overvolting it. Try lowering the voltage actually, soem RAM can become unstable from too much voltage.

Also try running Prime 95 in Small FFT mode. This doesn't stress the RAM much but stresses the CPU more. So if this fails quickly several times then the problem is the CPU and not the RAM
