    I agree with Bong, and I would set it higher actually just to be sure this was not my issue, suggested below. I know stock should run stock but there is a Huge Vdrop

    And I would also advise this until you get booted thru >>>

    Okay...so i got pissed cus it wont work with 4 sticks. I went ahead and switch out to mushkin xp black series memory 4gb (2 x 2 gb) 1066mhz. I ran fine and stable with memorytest86+. Here's my setting for my mushkins. Is this correct for it?

    Those can come way down since you have Mushkins, They run tight timings very nicely.

    You can work on these changes testing as you go >>>

    Thanks for your help. U have been very helpful. Now I want to overclocked my set-up to at least 3.4 ghz. Wat would you advised me to set the settings at? Should I start a new thread for overclocking?

    K, Here is where you should start for 3.4. Keep in mind CPU Voltage will differ from what you set in the BIOS by about .6 or so at Idle, so you may need more or less >>>

    If this does not work, There is either something wrong with your BIOS, board or Ram/ram compatibility as this is a very loose set of timings, and plenty of voltage
