Memory Speed is determined by this Equation >>>

FSB X Memory Multiplier = Memory Speed

    So

    266 x 2.00 = 533

All you have to do is change the memory Multiplier to 3.2 for 850MHz, you may need to loosen your ram up to run that speed though

Ahh, I see you did have it like that. K, cool. Ya, you should set the multiplier yourself that way you always know what it is.

So, all still going good? If so great

I think all is doing ok for now. I passed orthos for an hour an fifteen minutes. I'm going to start it up tomorrow morning and let it run longer, just to check. With a MCH latch of 333, I couldn't get the system to boot using a driving strength profile of 1066, but 800 seems to be working like a charm.

Well, you are getting somewhere for sure for orthos to run for a hour. So that is a plus, good luck with further testing and keep us posted

I went to boot up this morning and it failed. I increased the termination up a notch and it booted, but I failed about 45 minutes into Orthos. I might have to change the MCH latch back to 400 like you suggested. On another note, I'm thinking about equipping my Gigabyte 4850 1gb with an Accelero Twin Turbo. It's running about 70C underload with it's passive cooling system and it's beginning to irk me. Also, I'm considering replacing my fan and heatsink. With Orthos my cpu is running about 59C average. Do you think this would be smart to replace and do you have any reccomendations on a good fan/heatsink combo to stay cool?

MCH latch of 400 seems to be much more stable, 1hr 30 min on Orthos and going strong

Ya passive heatsink cards tend to not be so great. 59C is good, that is load right? At what Speed and voltage

If you are using stock heatsink, then ya replace it anyway as stock is not so good at all.

If you are stable and want me to advise if you can further tweak anything let me know and post your settings

Been awhile, sorry. I haven't had much time, actually none, to work on this. Yes it is running 59 underload. The most I have ran Orthos is for 2 hours with no errors. I've ran Memtest over night with no errors. I do have a problem though. Sometimes, very rarely, it will not boot through and reset everything. Such was the case this morning, I started Orthos before I left my house for the afternoon. Only to come back and see my temps around 40 underload, so I knew it had reset. Do you see anything I can enhance/fix? I'd like to finalize this I've been dragging it on forever! Thanks for the help as always.

8 hours of Orthos not one error. So, I guess the only issues I have to address are the times I seldomly cannot boot through and it resets, and if there are any enhancements I can make.

    Maybe this >>>
CPU Clock Skew (ps)....................: [50ps] << try nothing
MCH Clock Skew (ps)...................: [150] << try out 100 or nothing

CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: 1.340 << Try less And put Reference in Auto
CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: 1.610 << For sure too much, set to stock amount

MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: 1.360 << Less may be better here as well

    DRAM
DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............: 1.900V << 2.0 would likely be best

    Made these changes:

    CPU Clock Skew (ps)....................: [0]
    MCH Clock Skew (ps)...................: [0]

    CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......: 1.300 / Reference in Auto
    CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: 1.500

    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: 1.300 - 1.340 cannot remember exactly :p!

    DRAM
    DRAM Voltage ……....1.800V............: 2.000

Orthos is running strong so far. Thank you sir!

I ran Orthos for 4 hours this time around, everything seems sound. So it all looks good?
