    I changed the values to what you suggested. However, i did not find the categories of;
    Advanced Settings
Limit CPUID Max. to 3.....................: [Disabled]
    No-Execute Memory Protect............: [Enabled]
    CPU Enhanced Halt (C1E)................: [Disabled]
    C2/C2E State Support....................: [Disabled]
    x C4/C4E State Support..................: [Disabled]
CPU Thermal Monitor 2(TM2) ...........: [Enabled]
    CPU EIST Function.........................: [Disabled]
Virtualization Technology................: [Disabled] Enabled if you use Vmware/Virtual PC

    And

    Driving Strength Profiles

    Where i got ''free hands'' to choose i used;
    MCH Clock Skew (ps)...................: <<< 100-150 - 100

    tRAS..........................................15/18 - 18

    tRRD...........................................3-6 -6
tWTR..........................................3-6 (may need 12 for first boot thru) -6
tWR............................................4-6 (may need 14 for first boot thru) -6
    tRFC...........................................52-62 -52
    tRTP...........................................3-6 -6

Static tRead Value.........................:7-10 -7 on both channels

    MCH Core…………….....1.100V...........: << 1.2-1.3 -1.2

I might add, It did boot properly. when i restarted it this morning it looped again and the windows options of how to start, etc ''safe mode/last known working/normally) came up.
It seems to come once in a while, not everytime so i don't know if the problem is solved.

Those are all in the Advanced Settings BIOS page, not the MIT page

As for the rest, and you issues still being present. You should set each memory timing range I gave you to the highest first, and then slowly lower and test as you go. Not pick a number, and for sure not the lowest to start with. Use all highest first. MCH skew may not bee needed at all until you overclock, but 100 may be fine so that isnt a big deal, but the rest of your choices are

Please look again at my suggested settings and use the highest values for the ram timings, and voltages and then lower later once you get stable

    Will do.
But when it comes to testing, whats the most effecient way to know that the system are stable?

Well first you must get your ram stable at the speed you plan to run, and test with memtest86+ >>>
Memtest86+ - Advanced Memory Diagnostic Tool

Then after you are sure you ram is stable you can run orthos small or large FFT's and or Blend tests to get your CPU Stable >>>

Now i need to run memtest, but i could not use the flashmemory i got, choosed bootorder and it went straight into windows anyhow. Guess i have to buy CD's and create a ISO disc

Ya, you will have to create a bootable USB stick and then copy memtest USB to it to use a USB Stick. If you want to know how to do this let me know and I will tell you

OK, first of all you will have to create a bootable USB stick, as outlined in this BIOS guide >>>
    http://forums.tweaktown.com/f69/bios...h-guide-27576/

Then you will simply need to add This exe file to that same USB stick >>>
Memtest86+ For USB Key (Pure DOS) - 2.01 Download - EXTREME Overclocking

Then once done, leave the USB in and reboot. Hit F12 at boot to choose boot device, choose had drive/hard disk, then a new screen will appear, choose your flash drive and boot to it. Then the test should run as normal

Choose Hard drive, then USB. you do have to have Legacy USB storage detect enabled in Integrated peripherals page of the BIOS.

I've followed the instructions, successfully formated and put the .exe file you linked on the usb stick. pressing F12 during GA splash screen and gets into where i choose boot mode. Choosing USB-HDD and it still going into Vista.
    I reformated to FAT32.

Is files like autoexec.bat / config.sys required to have on the stick? (was messing around on google)
