    An update.
I just booted up and it started out well. No endless boot, but when it came do Vista desktop it froze with a black screen and i had to restart from the power button. Next time i booted it restarted once before going into windows. Seems like the problem is still there, but it shouldn't be the memory since i tested it with the current settings and all passes. (although, it only ran for about 4 hours)

Might this be a voltage problem?

MCH voltage setting is in the MIT Section of the BIOS, and I do advise you try 2.1V for your ram as 2.2 is pretty hot and not usually needed at all. As for MCH voltage, for 2x2 sticks of ram I would advise 1.2-1.3v

From your last comment sounds like you may need a bit more CPU voltage. What Is your full setting that are failing? Be sure to note what Static tRead you are using as you did not last time you posted

alright, I'll report when i got some results.
edit: 1.200 was the closest i came to MCH Core value 1.25

    Sorry I made a mistake there, i meant 1.260v.
    my listed values are
    (from 1.200v to 1.300v)
    1.200
    1.220
    1.240
    1.260
    1.280
    1.300

So no 1.250, so I've chosen 1.260, which is the closest or either 1.240.
    Hope that helps.

Ahh, ok. Well either would likely be fine you would just have to test and see. Maybe higher for now until you get stable then you can try to lower it

    Well, problem still exists :(
Using CPU-Z the RAMS are specced for 1.8v, i tried to lower volts a bit to see if it made a change. Currently running 1.9v, but no go.
putting the MCH core to 1.26v didn't work either.

    I ran 50 testruns with IntelBurnTest, test 1 to stress the comp abit (don't know if you are familiar with that test), i got the message;
''Please check the ''Residual<norm>'' value and confirm that they are all equal. If not, your CPU/Ram has failed Linpack testing'' but it ran to the end and no freezing or other problems.
However, just like before. When i boot, the fan spins, it reboot multiple times before starting. This time i got a black screen. Nothing happends and i let it run for several minutes with the black screen, doing nothing (to check if it boots up when running warm for a bit) And yes, it booted correctly directly after.

CPU-z shows JEDEC Settings, your ram as you linked on page one can use 1.9V and you may have to as you are now

Please post me your full settings that are failing. Yes I know IntelBurnTest. What you need to do before you even think about that is get your ram To pass several hours of memtest86+, then you can stress the system. You may just need more CPU voltage or something. I cant say without seeing all your settings
