i already try to lower down the PLL bro.,but if i lower it cannot boot to windows.,it keeps blue screen.,thats why i increase it..i anly set the CPU PLL to 1.440 only.,but i dunno why in windows it shows 1.750..my setting as follows..

Sounds like your other settings are causing a fail. Do you see the red warning box when you go into the BIOS about overclocking?

Pll should be set at 1.5, Auto sets too much. I thought you manually set it to high, or had it in Auto. If it is failing to stick 1.44 is likely to low since 1.5 is for stock speed. Most I have ever used was 1.56 and that was for 4.3Ghz and still I found it to not be needed at all

It should not cause a Blue screen, unless it is really that high. But that in combination with your other voltages may. So try to get Vtt down first maybe

CPU Termination…..... 1.200V*.......:[1.50v] << this is vtt << Set to much lower and reboot and then change the below one

    CPU PLL…………………....1.500V*.......: [1.440v] << Set to 1.5

Vtt as you change it will change your reference voltages if you have them manually set. If that is what you were asking. If you do manually set your reference voltage please do set VTT and ref. back to stock, and then adjust vtt and you will see the reference voltages self adjust

Again, Higher then 1.4 is for sure not needed on Vtt, and will kill your CPU >>>

so i need to change the CPU Termination to 1.20v and CPU PLL to 1.50v.,ok bro.,in your point of view do i need to change other setting too?

Set them to stock, and then increase Vtt to what you think you want (Less then 1.35) and the reference voltages will adjust by themselves.

Pll does not need more then 1.5 for sure, and not less either

ok bro.,i understand now.,i'm sorry if asking too many questions.,its hard for me to understand what is VTT and PLL but now i know already..because my previous board doesn't have any VTT or PLL settings.,thats why i little bit blurry..if i already flashing bios to a newer version.,can i flash it back to the old one bro?

No problem man, You dont ask to much. I was just trying to warn you about using to much voltage on those. Here is some reading about PLL and Vtt >>>
What does PLL voltage do? - XtremeSystems Forums

Adjusting A/GTL+ Levels for Increased FSB Signaling Margins and Overclocking - The Tech Repository Forums

Some info about GTL (Reference Voltages and VTT) >>>
    Understanding GTL Reference Voltage

GTLREF and FSB VTT Voltage Tweaking

And yes, you can flash to any BIOS version as long as it supports your CPU. Be sure you load optimized after you flash
