    Good luck bud. :)
The overclocking works great for the 4GB I have in it but before I buy more RAM I just wanted opinions on the best compatability as I've heard that adding more sticks causes issues.

    Hi,

Are the settings you are using at the moment in this thread? I wouldnt mind using them to see if i can get a similar OC. Like i said the only difference between our setups is the memory...and probably the cpu cooler/psu etc.

EDIT: Actually that is the exact same Zalman cooler i have too :)

More sticks would just mean you would have to possibly use looser timings is all

So you would recommend just adding more sticks instead of 2x4 modules?

Well it would be cheaper for sure to use 2x4, dont you already have 2x2? I think so, so yeah if you want to use 8GB you could just get two more of the same sets of 2x2 you have.

All you would need to change is possibly a few timings looser then you have and maybe a bit of voltage adjustments

Thanks, the reason I asked was that I have to get more RAM anyway for a couple other computers so now would be the time to change things around if need be.
