    Unhappy Problem of My GA-EP45-UD3P

My GA-EP45-UD3P can't be posted with any USB external hard drive attached. System just keeps restart at bios posting stage. However, if there is no USB external hard drive, system starts normally. If I plug in the external hard drive after OS starts, everything works fine. How should I solve this problem? My power supply is Corsair 750W. Thanks.

Do you have Legacy USN Storage detect Enabled in the BIOS? It is in the Integrated Peripherals page.

Some devices will not work with this disabled, some will. And yes, some will not work properly anyway you try things.

Do you have your ram voltage set to the ram spec manually? If not, do that it may help, as well as adding a little bit to MCH voltage
