    Your RAM specs are really 1066Mh at 2.0v? I think it's a bit low, even at 6,7,7,20, my Dominator sticks are 2.1v for 1066Mhz.

    MCH Core SHOULD/MUST BE AT LEAST 1.26v, if you got 4 ram sticks, it's quite MANDATORY.

    I believe you're taking Cold Boots a lot there, and CPU V.Core i would increase a little bit, like 1.26v at Windows, considering V.Droop involved in the process.

    I can't understand whatever is happening in your rig, tell us with a little more detail, even if your native language is not English, neither mine.
