    Edit:
    Gaming 7 - F7e...no Prime95 fix yet.
Do you know if the latest microcode killed overclocking for non-K Skylake processors? I installed F5n on my Gaming 3 and my BIOS settings reverted to stock. When I went back in the BIOS and changed them manually the BIOS reverted to stock again and also reverted to version F3. I reinstalled F5k and everything worked fine again. Since I reinstalled F5k did my microcode revision revert back to 3A or did it stay at 6A and the BIOS just reverted back to F5n (not exactly sure how it all works)? Just wondering (if it was indeed the microcode update) if I still have 6A and if that could potentially interfere with my overclock in the future even if I stay with F5k.

    You can check with UBU....

    Btw,
    F5n....Microcode 6A

    Edit:
Once you flash new BIOS, everything is back to default.
Microcode cann't be changed by flashing BIOS....only can be modded before flashing.

So I've lost the ability to come out of sleep starting with F7e (tried e/g/j/k)
I contacted Gigabyte and they claim they used F7k and came out of sleep just fine.
Can someone else try F7e-k and let me know if they're able to come out of sleep? (Win10Pro)

Why doesn't Gigabyte included a changelog with every beta bios?

I love installing the latest bios (Z170X-Gaming 7 - F7k) but have no idea what's changed or added?

Do you have any duplex drivers installed? or wrong ME driver and software? thes are just 2 causes of coming out of sleep and fast startup failure. Theres quite a few causes, if gigabyte say they have no issue then you have a conflict with either hardware or software.
A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY

Not sure what you mean by duplex drivers, but F5 through F7D BIOS versions worked fine.
I don't have issues with fast startup (when initially turning on the computer)
UPDATE: Just figured out the problem in F7K. When I select Win8/10 WHQL, it fails to wake up.
If I change it to Win8/10 option, it works.
Manual doesn't explain what's the difference between these 2, but I just found something online:
The "Windows 8 WHQL" Setting is only for Systemintegrators to run a full Microsoft WHQL test.
Please don´t use this for normal operation.

Just some feedback on the GA-Z170-UD5 with an i5-6600K

BIOS F5j seems to have finally eliminated a problem I have had with POST randomly failing when the XMP profile was enabled for RAM (G.Skill DDR4 2400 on Gigabyte's approved list). Once past POST everything was perfectly stable, but it was random and extremely annoying. The problem still existed as of BIOS F5f. I skipped F5g so I don't know if it was resolved there.

Power transitions have also not been completely stable but this may be teething issues with Win10. I haven't had time to do much sleep/wake testing on F5j yet.
