F20 and above (latest is F22a) is added support for Kaby Lake, so if you want to try ,send me PM.

    Edit:

F22a with Skylake support for Non-K oc :

Go back from F22a to F7c (in DOS):

Pretty sure the BIOS is likely the same for your board (yours looks like it has a 'g' after the 6). I would stick there unless you are having issues you believe are BIOS related. There's nothing to be gained from the newer versions unless you enjoy wasting an afternoon getting back to where you started from.
I won't change from here, this is the BIOS version that this build lives and dies with. :)
I'd give it a shot, I think some memory compatibility issues aren't letting me to OC just stock 2133 MHz and CPU OC should also get higher @ 4.50GHz
If it won't work, then rolling back to actual rock solid setting

    was too curios...

    @ stasio

thank you for the files but unfortunately GA-Z170XP-SLI F22a won't work, also EFIFLASH and QFLASH tell me it's not valid, also tried to shorten the filename with no luck in update.
Actual BIOS is F6g, should I update first to F7c to get F22a working?

    Thanks
    David

    Thanks, ...but:

updated to F22a with 062 mod but OC not possible, changed all settings exactly like it was before but it won't boot with the new settings.
Also cannot downgrade BIOS to F7c or F6h, EFIFLASH tells it's too old, tried also downgrade with "\Nold" parameter but it tells me unknown command then...

    Should've listen to Globespy

Have you noticed how Gigabyte releases Bioses and then replaces the Bioses with different files with the same name and version number?

I have and I have several Bioses on my PC all with different Md5's yet the same stated Bios Version.

The files were downloaded several times from different servers and Md5's checked to make sure that the file was not corrupt. Currently, that is the only way to make sure that the Bios that you download is not corrupted while downloading.

My advice after personal experience and knowing other people's experience is not to flash the Bios for any reason unless absolutely necessary. It could destroy your system.
    -----------------------------

I have installed 9b for a few months now with no problem but lately I am getting whea uncorrectable all the time.

I have 16gb memory, no overclocking, with temps low, somehow after using it well for a few days... it keeps going into a Whea Uncorrectable Crash Loop. No matter what I do it keeps doing that. What settings in the BIOS must I have in order to get this working? I updated the newest bios from Tweaktown GA-Z97M-D3H - F9b. What can I do? before all these updates I was working fine for a few years. I have hte i7 4370k or so and never overclock it and memory are using the recommended ones from GA. Please advise.

not the saved ones, I know. I've amended the settings manually with screenshots made before.

that was what I tried first and it did not work ("unknow command"), so I changed the BIOS via FPT back to F6g.

However managed to OC i5 6400 to 4,4 GHz.

The only bad thing about F6g is the boot-loop-bug when BCLK OC.
