What happened to the GA-X58A-UD3R rev 2 beta bioses? FH1, etc. They support VT-d and it seems the FH version doesn't.

    Please help I'm desperate!

Thumbs up Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS

I've contacted the Gigabyte support and they actually sent me a bios including spectre fixes for my GA-Z87X-UD4H.

    Hello @Stasio,

I am new to the forum and I really appreciate your efforts.
I have a G1.Sniper 2 that is serving me pretty well over the years.
But now with the uefi bios and the gtx960 it wonít work.
I read the solutions proposed here, but I am not able to apply them. The system stay unstable anyway and I cannot revert to award bios as the usb pendrive cannot boot.

    Can you help me?

Is there an updated uefi bios or a method to get back to Award?

    I really need help :(

    thank you.

    I am at a loss...
There is no way to boot from a USB stick, or CD or a floppy drive. I can only boot from a hard disk. Don't know why but other possibility will fail, so I cannot start the PC under DOS and revert to a non uefi bios.

Please help, I really don't know what to do.

Can you send me a DOS HD image so I can copy it directly with Acronis to an hard disk and try to boot from there?

    Anyone?

Make USB bootable and chose USB to be first boot in BIOS.

    Thank you Stasio.
But maybe I am not so clear, sorry for my English.
With this new bios uefi, it seems that there is no way to make boot from USB no matter what kind of bootable USB stick I use or how I make it.
I perfectly know how to make a bootable media, but this damned BIOS won't allow me to boot from anything but a SATA HD.
It even prevents me from booting from a CD (I tried with a win98SE bootable)....

Can you send me somehow a hard disk image? I cannot use USB ports!

Read posts arround October 2012...(Z68....),maybe you will found solution there.
Many return back to Award BIOS.
I don't have any other solution.
Interesting is how you flash UEFI BIOS ,if your bootable USB didn't work?
