    Hi,

in the CPU support list its mentioned that the Aorus Gaming 7-OP supports the Intel 8086k with bios version F2. However, I can only find F1 as a download and even cant find a beta version for F2: Z370 AORUS GAMING 7-OP (rev. 1.0) | Motherboard - GIGABYTE Global
Any idea where to get the F2 bios? I would really like to use this board with this CPU.

    Thanks in advance!

    Axel

I think F2 will be released soon.
    Btw,
    I mod F1 BIOS for your CPU.......LINK

    Btw,
in new BIOS's for Z370 is added new Intel Microcode.....906EC....which support 8C/16T CPU (Core i9-9900K ?).

    Hello STASIO and ANYONE.

I was not able to revert back to the AWARD bios from U1C because as said on my Sniper Z68 seems that the USB ports are not able anymore to boot (after updating to UEFI, before they worked).

I have incredible difficulties to make a high powered card work on the pci express slot, it won't pass the boot splash screen.

Can you please give me ANY advice?

I can even try voodoo or magic... Please let me know, thank you so much...

I know the Beta bios for GA z97x gaming 5 is F8a but should I update? And anyone here has the same board to verify that itís better from F7 because on F7 Iím getting BSOD and my ram has to be 1600 and not the default 1333 and this causes the BSOD to my thought. And can downgrade to F4 with FPT?
    Thanks Itay

Question Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS

Hi, I have a computer with a GIGABYTE GA-Z97X-UD5H rev. 1.1 motherboard, and am currently on Bios version F9 from 2015, F11d is newest bios for it on this list, is it stable / would it improve my computers performance at all for gaming/windows 10?

    Thanks in advance.

    Hello,

I have my old z87x-ud4h with a i7 4790k and maybe you could help me..so I have a couple of questions

    - I used the f9 official bios, first to support haswell refresh..but on auto vcore goes over 1.3v
    - the official f10b and the latest f10 and f11b from tweaktown use lower vcore but I can't disable spread spectrum

Is there a way to mod the latest bios to not use spread spectrum ? Or a way to use the best bios for my old gigabyte mobo? I used UBU_v1_70_rc7 to update the microcode to f9 but i'm not experienced in modding and I don't think that will do...

Consider that the latest beta bios is simply an update with new microcodes to fix the spectre/meltdown vulnerabilities and that a similar update compromises older systems like the Z97 giving a significant loss of performance.
I would stick to the latest official release (V10) for performance, installing the latest F11d on the secondary bios for everyday use, and switching between them according to your needs.
