On the Aorus Master Z390. I have noticed that if I put the PC to sleep, the memory RGB stays on. Also if I use the Gigabyte RGB software and set the top left to dynamic glow then shutdown the PC, The top left RGB controller stays on.
I have reported this to Gigabyte since the start and they don't seems to understand. I have yet to make a video of this, I've just not had the time.
I wondered if any other's have noticed this problem??

    My memory is 2x 8GB G.Skill Trident Z RGB.

Also can you get a bios with the RGB fusion software in bios?

@Tweedilderp I had the same issues as you exactly, and the AORUS X70 Master 12f BIOS fixed it all up. I used to have to run 1.0.0.3ABBA AGESA for the sound card to work (a ZxR in my case) and the 12e BIOS did not work either, but 12f fixes it all. Perhaps wait for the next revision BIOS for your board and you might be golden.

    One can only hope...

I have submitted a support ticket requesting it as paying such a high premium for a motherboard I was hoping the support side of things would be top-notch.

It is really frustrating that intel keeps demanding a new socket for every damned new line-up because it's requiring a lot of work from the BIOS team/s I am guessing. What's even funnier is their supply is rather wafer-thin for the 10k series so it feels even worse rofl.

I am guessing I may have to wait until the Zen 3 series for another update (I pray not though haha).

It shows as unlocked if I check the turbostat reports. When I set multiplier to 42, I see that max speed is 4200 MHz. And I can freely OC it on Windows via Intel XTU. It worked a couple of times from the BIOS and started at 4.2 GHz, but then went back after a couple of reboots. Sometimes it started at 4.4 GHz, that is more than the actual multiplier. The behaviour is wonky, but I don't think it is locked, I've had to use 4430 while waiting for the replacement, and that one would never go beyond stock 3.0 GHz, this one is definitely locked. Also there is an option in classic bios setup "Non-K OC", I've enabled it, but what does it actually do?

    Upon request.....
Would it be possible for me to have a F12b BIOS for the Aorus Master x570? I've tried the F12f but i am unable to boot to my NVME on it, i'm testing some 128gb RAM that will boot, but is unstable on F11 and have seen some users report F12b to have some RAM stability over it

my RAM is on the QVL with 2 sticks, but it doesn't work any better than running 4 of them ( will boot & work for a bit, but will BSOD or just lock up at some point, neither can i change the voltage as it causes no boot or POST if i go over 1.2 to try and get it stable on 2133mhz over the 3600 it's rated for)
