Hi Lsdmeasap, Have you heard if there is any progress on a UD5 bios with the new ahci, as there seems to be a few boards that now have this included in newer bios's.

Any idea about when we'll have the bios with the new ahci for the X58-ud3r too?

    I feel abandoned with my x58-ud3r... :(

I believe this is because we cannot release all the modules under the PCI Roms and put things back into the correct order.

Anyone care to let us know after testing these BIOS's if the Multi's are correct, it would be appreciated.

If they are correct and all still available, sirioo care to explain to me via PM your method as I do see you still have the new AHCI and RAID Rom at the end of the file order and not in the middle as designed to be.
I've been running the F8x modded BIOS by Pyr0 and have none of those problems
I've just rebooted to double check and my mem multis range from x6-x18 and the uncore is x12-x48

Last night I downloaded unstrain's modded bios and tried some things to get the multipliers back.
Eventually the only thing that worked was doing this :
    - start flash utility by pressing END at the starting splash screen
    - load F5 bios (from gigabyte site) and restart
    - enter bios
    - start flash utility while in bios by pressing F8
    - load modded F8 bios and restart

Everything else gave me x6 - x8 for ram and up to x16 for uncore which didn't even allow me to run ram at x8 because the uncore the needs a minimum of x17
It's running smooth now, back at 4GHz (sadly still wanting 1.4 Vcore) and all my other settings are the same.

Thanks for the update stasio, will be great if a UD5 version is included, Better than people keep posting modded bios with sum issues.
