I flashed (using Q-Flash from BIOS) my GA-EP45T-UD3LR from F5 to F6a and could not boot with the stable OC I had using F5. I have alsways used Q-Flash on both my GA-EP45T-UD3LR and GA-EP45-UD3R and have never had any issues. Now, I can't go back to F5 using Q-Flash as is says "Invalid BIOS Image!". Flashpi from bootable USB key will not work/take either. I get funky characters after Verifyng DMI Pool Data. Now both my main and backup BIOS are now F6a. Any ideas on how to get back to F5?

Hello everyone, this is my first post on this forum.
I had the same issue trying to flash back from f10e on the UD3P board. Will try what Lsdmeasap has suggested. I took the board out and stuck it back in the box for now. I have a couple of other boards so wasn't as concerned about it, but would still like to fix it.

Ahh, sorry for not suggesting that Andre

I thought you had already tried, as sometimes that does not work with the same board's BIOSes.

Nice to see you got it, you can ignore my PM then!

Lsdmeasap Thank you for your rapid reply.
but if I have been following correctly the cpu up dates have been for D0 stepping not my C0 stepping and the only thing that does not match my stock ram settings is that they are running 0.01v lower that factory spec. My other concern is I have a raser lycosa USB KB and a Belkin n52te and do not want to get into USB KB problems as they both get a good work out.

There are MANY changes which do not get posted and some that do, only a few mentioned D0 due to a few issues with various ones, but MANY memory improvements and settings have been added as well as a few fan issues fixed and other various things..

The latest BIOS fixed the USB issues, you will be fine as long as you set things properly.

Lsdmeasap Thank you for your advise. With this machine I tend to er on the side of caution.
I will up date to F9 when it comes out of BETA via F7.
Then may be soon I will get the courage to start cranking this mother up a bit.
