I registered this forum just to say thanks Stasio for the ep45-ds5 13b bios. All my problems with 12 and 13a BIOS fixed know. Only one question, is it normal that when i select AHCI mode my hard disks disappear from the standard cmos page? Thanks.

Yes, that is perfectly normal. When you are in IDE mode, it will list them but once you enable AHCI it will show up 'blank'. However it should display them during the BIOS bootup.

stasio, appreciate to have you back. If it weren't for your continuous updates, God only knows what older BIOS I would be one right now. :O

I have a problem with bios F13b for the EP45-DS5. When copying files with programs like TeraCopy or FastCopy, I get "phantom" CRC errors on random files. And I say phantom because the files seem to be okay, if I check manually the MD5 values with some other programs, they match.

I haven't tested with bios F13a, but it works fine with F12. Samplist, as you have a similar board, maybe you can check it too.

And Stasio, please keep hanging around here. Your work here is invaluable.
