Anyone have much luck with the latest GB P55UD4P Bios (F4t)?
I recently put it on but couldn't Win7 kept BSOD'in on boot. I think it may have something to do with the new setting XHD or what have you. I need to use AHCI as I have an SSD.

I flashed to the older F3 bios on the website, but I think it had F3c before.

    stasio,
Based on your update to the first post it looks like Gigabyte has issued a lot of new BIOSes - almost across the board. Are these P55 BIOS updates the 'final' version? I checked their website and they've dropped the 'n' off the UD2's F4n so it just says F4 now, but the date (2009/11/06) matches the date they made the F4n available. So is it really something new - if so, any idea what's different? Or did they just rename their last beta BIOS?
    GIGABYTE - Support&Download - Motherboard - BIOS - GA-P55M-UD2 (rev. 1.0)

    Edit:
I downloaded and unpacked the BIOS files for the UD2.
    From F4n: p55mud2.f4n dated 06-Nov-2009 4:37 AM
    From F4: p55mud2.f4 dated 06-Nov-2009 12:56 AM

So even the contents of F4n are more recent than F4. ??

Did you try clearing the CMOS after you flashed F9 h or k? Just wondering as I heard F9h was pretty good but then again the users I saw mentioning this may not have noticed if they were using a 920 or something.

If you need me to I can flash my board with this BIOS and check and see if the multi's are ok for me on 965. Let me know

Did you try clearing the CMOS fully after you flashed and loaded optimized on those BIOS?

If not, please do try that as sometimes it is needed.

I will test a BIOS for you later tonight, likely F9h and I will let you know what I find

Where do you find this posted? If it is on the Gigabyte main site it is likely stable, I only use beta's myself so I have great faith in it anyway.

Sorry, we do not have any access to detailed AMD Change logs so that would be about all you may find

Well I just tested F9h for Extreme and I could input 25 CPU multi, but that was it. I did not load windows though as I did not deem it necessary to do so in order to know there is a bug with the BIOS

Are you seeing the same on F9h and F9k? Not sure why you can only select 15, or did you mean you can select/load 24/25 but only 15 is applied? Either way just wanted to be sure you see the same error with Both BIOS so I can report it as such

Anyway it is for sure a serious bug and I will send in a report now once you have replied with a bit more of your thoughts on my concerns.
