Any chance of the updated RAID ROM on the EP45-UD3P? It may help with the issues I have been having.... Random drive fails with new Matrix...
It does seem a little better with the new 9.5.4 drivers but my drives still tend to take a long time to spin up.
    2xSeagate 7200.11 drives in RAID1
    Much appreciated.

I hade same issue with my 2xWD 320GB. On 9.4.x driver worked fine. Tester newest - 1 drive falied, but array was normal. 10-20 reboots and Windows Vista got back up, checked all with chkdsk found some errors (no wonder) but 0 bad sectors. Went back to WHQL 8.9 (btw. very old ) and I stay with it.

Hmmm.. I can't seem to get into Safe Mode (pressing F8) with the newest BIOS for my board.

    Can anyone else?

Do you have USB KB enabled in the BIOS? It may be that the new BIOS sets a different value for it by default which now needs altering. If it is enabled, does the KB work to allow you into the BIOS and F12 boot menu? If so, try being a little more aggressive with the F8 key to see if it was just a one off.

F9m doesn't have wake from sleep issues with SSD boot drives, like F9i and j did.

What do you guys think of the new F3g for the X58a-UD7? I've been using it for a couple days but havn't had a chance to play with it much yet.

Also, how come it's not in the first post? its been out for a few days now.
