I would suggest against this one. It seems to have made my machine freeze in MW2 and seems less stable then the beta before it.
My experience is exactly the opposite. I was never able to achieve any stability with F10k (due to obvious memory issues), and now have 74 hours of continuous up-time with F10m. The only change from my settings for the F10h BIOS is to enable the Dynamic VCore ... which has lowered my CPU temp at idle by 3C. [Note: I will update my signature once I have 7 days of up-time.]

Seems it is my 5870 that is acting up, causing my machine to freeze. It just happens to have started at the exact time of flashing my bios. I am probably going to take the battery off mobo and let the bios reset and then reflash and redo settings. I hope my 5870 is OK. After uninstalling and then reinstalling all the ATI drivers and MSI Afterburner it seems fine. I will retest sometime this week and update my findings.

    Please note:

I recently contacted Gigabyte support re an external USB socket problem (i suspected that f-usb1 and f-usb2 were only usb 1 and not 2) and all i got was try a different header! As a techniciian of 35 years and having advised Gigabyte technical support that a mouse and other usb one devices worked ok, thus deducing that the dc and data lines are all connected and working and it was a drive of the port that was incorrect i wasnt really happy.

Happy to find that Bios F5B has fixed this problem. Now usb 2.0 devices work correctly in the external front case sockets all without any cable change!

What exactly did they do to F10K? (U3DP) My OC would not post and ultimately had to revert back to F10J just to keep my OC.

It fixes NIC's being unusable when QuickBoot is enabled.

I found my OC was fine on this revision using the same settings as F10j. Make sure to load optimized defaults, then let Windows load first. Now restart and enter your OC. Don't use a saved profile from F10j, re-enter it manually.
