I'm on F10K, too. Seems to work pretty well, but I'm not really pushing anything.

I have it with HT on and without HT. Don't want to high-jack this thread, so post your bios here and we will see what we can do. I still working on lowering vcore and testing. I will check back later.

I just have a situation here... when i try to use the f9 version for the EP45 UD3L mobo it says that the file does not support 64 bits versions, and i use W7 64 ultimate... i tried getting it from the website also but did not work either, same thing happened..

How can i find a file that works for me?

    Thanks a lot!
Sorry for this question... I just thought it worked like in laptops.

Never had updated a BIOS before. But thanks for the advise anyway.

What doesn't work exactly? the file won't extract or @BIOS gives the error?
Don't use @BIOS, update with the BIOS built in Q-Flash utility.

My problem was that i thought that the file was an executable, and that the BIOS for pcs worked like in laptops....

In laptops you just double click the file and it installs itself. But i did not know that you needed a different program to flash it..

I just found out, i used @BIOS because i didnt have a floppy or usb drive handy, but the next time i will be able ot use QFLASH

    Thank you very much!
