    Updated Changelog (according to JZelectronic).

Support new SPI flash type: MXIC 25L1606E
Serial Peripheral Interface (SPI) faster transfer rates.
Faster transfer rates mean controllers can execute code (XIP) directly from the SPI interface or further improve boot time when shadowing code to RAM.
    -MXIC25L80xx support 8 Mbit BIOS.
    -MXIC25L16xx support 16 Mbit BIOS.
