    You should be able to set your memory multiplier and your memory timings, I just checked your latest BIOS (F7a) and it allows all of that. Please disable XMP and set "Dram Timing Selectable" to expert, then set all your Main memory timings as you wish, and you can set memory multiplier by changing "System Memory Multiplier (SPD)"
    Hey Lsdmeasap thanks for the reply...when I go to the "Gigabyte" website they list f7a for the P55 boards but not the H57 is that an oversite on their part or can we "borrow" different bios versions at will:-) I am still new at all this stuff so didn't want to flash to f7a without double checking...thanks again

    p55 and h57 are different boards,NEVER cross flash with bios from a different board as it will ruin the mb
