What should i do to get this to work?
If you are trying to flash with Flashspi manually (not letting the autoexec.bat do it), make sure you use the /z switch. I don't know what it's for, but I couldn't flash anything past F3 without it.

Weeks later and still no official bios for the ud3p?? What's going on GB, should I abandon ship and head on over to the ASUS EFI squad? Is GB going to switch to EFI or are they sticking to the award bios forever and ever amen? And if so, is a bug free official bios ANYWHERE in sight?

Don't get my wrong, I'm not UNHAPPY with the current bios, but still alot of bugs and glitches happening. 5400mhz 1.53v

Hybrid EFI is coming to Gigabyte boards. For previous boards they said it should take a couple of weeks.

Wait your turn. We are all waiting for a new BIOS. Especially for memory improvements and proper POST. Not that sensitive Dual bios boot up bugged garbage. I hate that I got a 200$ memory and am forced to use it at 1333mhz CL9 in order to make the motherboard boot up properly, without reporting FAILED OVERCLCOKS with a red message in my bios. I mean, it makes you aggrevated man !
