Can you be more specific than "tried about everything"?

Ok, "everything" is a bit of an exaggeration. I've tried:

-All permutations of tweaking RAM voltage, timings. Tried upping VTT voltage. Tried upping CPU voltage a tad.
    -Memtest86+ ... no errors
    -Disabling USB Legacy Storage Support
-Updating Intel graphics driver to the most recent (showed up yesterday on Intel's site)
    -Running one RAM stick
    -Disabling USB 3.0
-Seeing what happens with Prime95 and Furmark (runs no problem)

Doesn't sound like much, but when it takes up to a day to wait and see if it crashes each time, this has been a drawn out process.

Only thing that made a difference was uninstalling the Intel graphics driver and using the standard VGA driver. It went 2 days with no crash with this (though maybe it was just longer than usual "stable" streak). This doesn't necessarily mean it's the Intel driver at fault... it could be the hardware that the Intel driver is controlling. And since there aren't a ton of people out there with the same problem, I'm inclined to think it is not as simple as bad drivers.

I'm sure there are other things I can try (or I wouldn't be asking). I may be able to get my hands on some DDR3 from another working machine. But my window to return my mobo for a different model is rapidly closing (Newegg 30 day refund policy) so I have to figure this out soon or throw in the towel and RMA.

Just to make sure it's not a memory related problem I'd use just one module at a time, in different slot.
If the problem persists the question is what to RMA, I would have gambled on the CPU.

Boo just crashed again. Well... going to try to swap the RAM with some other DDR3 sticks. That will hopefully tell me whether to RMA the RAM or the mobo/CPU. I agree with you... probably something wrong with the CPU. Ugh... thought I had it with the BIOS update.

So......... are we to expect it be another week OR MOAR for another set of updates? They really need to get it together with an official bios WITH pll overvoltage.

Selling mobo, going back Asus....... should have never left.
