    Try @bios version that Stasio offered in earlier post ( 4307 ) - that helped me with size problem , or try download bios again ( maybe yours got corrupted in the download process ) .

    @Bios from post 4307

    Oops! Must've posted same time as you - just saw your no w7 problem .

    Is when the voltage from Idle to Load droops down. Vdrop is the voltage dropped from what set in bios to what you see at idle.

    Bios's are not modded here all the time. You have to ask for a bios to be modded.

    Today, Gigabyte had a UD9 bios F5l.

    Mentioned it now had the 3tb hdd support, however wasnt sure at time, so went to work.

    Now i am home, i noticed that it has been pulled from gigabytes website.

    Glad i didnt download it, if there are issues.

    Im assuming its the first steps towards this 3tb hhd support and efi bios.

    Any info on all this please?

    yeah, looks like all or most of the beta BIOS files they released yesterday are gone. Good thing too because the one for the X58A-UD7 rev 2 was a complete failure. sounds like others also had issues.

    wasn't there an Fd3 BIOS for the X58A-UD7 rev 2 board a couple of days ago? I don't see it on the previous BIOS page now.
