    don't follow you here...
I have an autoexec.bat file and the BIOS file as well as FLASHPI. There are no Q-BIOS files. Also, so , does this mean no more Q-Flash?

Older BIOSes are 1M. Newest 2M. Each contain the tool Q-BIOS suitable for its size (so you can use it for flashing BIOS of same format). Similarly the program FLASHSPI attached by Gigabyte to a BIOS data file is right for it. But if you are going to replace a smaller BIOS with bigger one (or opposite) - you have to use the newest @BIOS, as it is the only tool which reformatting a flash memory of your motherboard.

q-flash is part of the bios/motherboard... You access it while your in the bios. only flashspi is included and is for flashing in dos.

Yes, I got that. But it does not work with 2M BIOS files. The question is: Will Q-Flash get updated.

    Thanks

Feels like you are just spamming the forum, Alicea already answered your question regarding Q-Flash.

Just Flashed F5E via @bios went back in and then reflashed using q-flash with F5E and worked just fine. So if current bios = 1mb and new bios = 1mb you can use q-flash. If bios is 2mb and new bios is 2mb you can use q-flash. If bios is 1mb and new bios is 2mb you have to use @bios or flashspi.

That happens because, and so that, Qflash program itself will get updated to accommodate the new BIOS format/sizes.
