I have your same keyboard and I had similar boot problems. It took me forever to figure it out because I was looking for other reasons. This particular Logitech model has issues, the problem is that it uses too much power so Gigabyte has to release a bios that allows for high powered devices like that to be recognized before POST.

Anyway, glad you fixed your problems. I hope this can be fixed in the next bios because I really like the keyboard and I don't want to change it. My solution is booting without keyboard (after setting NO ERRORS in the bios so the missing keyboard doesn't stop the boot) and then plugging it later when in windows.

Not an elegant solution (it's very annoying) but at least I can use the same keyboard until this is fixed. A better solution is plugging the keyboard in a PCI USB extension card ($15) instead of using the motherboards native USB ports.

Im using Logitech G15 which is an illuminated keyboard and from time to time my board would report "overclocks failed" from cold boot. Giga P67A-UD5/2600K

I wonder if the keyboard is causing that ?

Ya, often times they will pull USB keyboard support (Could be any USB or any Gxx Logitech, ect) in an attempt to fix other issues, and sometimes it's broke on accident.

So please just send in a report and be sure you tell them the exact board and BIOS, and the exact model of keyboard you have.

No,I don't think is keyboard issue for your unstable OC.
Be sure upgrade your Main and Backup BIOS to latest version. If still continue, then up^ Vcore or adjust your memory setting.
