I'm very disappointed with the Gigabyte.fr support.
I have a Seasonic M12-600 for 2 years and they tell me to change my PSU for a Antec or Enermax 80+ certified. pfff ...

Question Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS

First of all, i'm sorry for my primitive english.

I have a problem w/ GA-P67A-UD7-B3 & Corsair Vengeance (nominal 1600 Mhz, current 1333 MHz, 9-9-9-24, 1.5V). Default BIOS (F1) - cycled restarts, updated BIOS (F3h) - normally, but very unstable: some incorrect action [reset, for example] and I get cycled restarts [I found only one solution: power off + detach cable, 5 minutes and than "Load Optimized Defaults"].

    * I check my memory (mdsched on w7, expert level) - no problem

What is it? How can I solve it? May be I need to OC all my system for stability?

    Thanks.

    Anytime man, enjoy!

As for F7m, I am not sure what is modded in that file, please link me to where I posted it and I can tell you (Or there should be change log in download).

That (F7m) would be for rev.1 .0 board though, just a heads up in case you didn't know.

Can you check to see if the LLC still swings wildly from drooping to overshooting? (like with F3 I saw ranges from 1.404v to 1.468v with LLC6, 1.440v in BIOS). On UD5.

    Hi there!

    Lsdmeasap , could you mod X58A-UD3R Rev 2.0 FG1 with this isa-rom?

i've moded previous bios versions (ff2 was the last one) using cbrom but with this new version doesnt work

i use this isa-rom to boot tianocore Duet efi environment from efi partition with gpt partition scheme.

    thx in advance

I am not sure what that is, so I wouldn't feel confident putting it into the BIOS and sending it out untested

Why do you think your mod's worked before, but not now? What Cbrom are you using? Try 115, that is what I use most often.

i guess the problem is related to the new extbios.bin module (oem7) and size/checksum... i'm not sure , i've been using cbrom 1.92 and previous bios versions worked great, the module insertion works and the flash process is ok but after that it boots to fallback bios so i dunno exactly what the problem is, anyway thx so much for your time
