Thanks for the report back Johnathonm!

Nijel, yes I use Cbrom, but depending on what BIOS/Board it's for depends on the version of Cbrom I use. Nothing else, just that and 32bit OS in Vmware :)

I gonna try it on my P67 UD7 B3 if I find the option ROMs. Do you preserve the same order/place for the new option ROMs or just adding them at the end?
I use CBROM182 to mod _EN_CODE.BIN and works great so far with all GB bioses.

EDIT: Never mind, I saw what you did with the UD4 bios ;-)
EDIT 2: Done. Works no problem.

Just at the end, so did you use 1.82 for the P67 mod? I first tried 1.15 and 2.19 and they didn't work, then I tested with 1.98 and it worked, so you have to be careful which you use for what boards sometimes.

    Whatcha changing in EN_Code?

I used 1.82, but switching to 1.98 for future mods. From my experience if Q-Flash gives xx00 checksum for the bios, it's good to go.
_EN_Code: Power On by Keyboard -> [Any KEY] option - making it visible and selectable. It's sooo convenient, I love it. Wondering why GB has to hide it. Doing this mod with every GB bios since my P35 board.

I think I've seen all kinds of checksums for BIOSes, but I'll see if I notice the same as you might be right! Normally if a mod failed for me Qflash just says invalid image.

Thanks for the mod info! So does that apply for USB keyboards as well? If so I'm going to start doing it to all my BIOSes as well since my USB Razer mouse can no longer power on my system.

I use 1.15 on X58 and P45 now, used to use 219 but seems it doesn't work on many of the new BIOSes anymore.

I use PS/2 keyboard. My guess is this mod is for PS/2 only b/c there is "USB Wake up" option in bios. I'll plug USB kb and let you know, give me a sec.

    K, thanks!

Ya, I think the USB wake option worked for me once or twice in the past for my mouse now that you mention it, and it's hidden so I always forget to try it again later for the mouse. So thanks, I'll try it again too if the mod you mention doesn't work for USB keyboard.

Sorry, can't find my USB kb.
But I tried "Power ON by Mouse" which is suppose to work the same, but it does not work for USB mouse. I'm 99% sure "Power ON by Keyboard" is for PS/2 only.

Thanks for trying, I'll mod a BIOS and test it later on.

And since you reminded me, I'll also test wake from USB again with my mouse, because I swear I think it's worked a time or two in the past when I remembered to enable it.
