    Ohai.

I have a GA-P35-DS3P rev. 2.0, and I've just acquired a Q8400 to replace my E6750. I had a reboot loop past the post screen issue trying to update to the F11 and F12 (officially supports Q8400) bioses. (don't waste your time trying to help me, tons of people in other forums, including gigabyte's support, told me to do the same thing over and over, but no matter how I tried the motherboard seems to refuse to update to those bioses). Right now I'm stuck with the F10 bios which doesn't recognize the Q8400 - which is weird, because cpu-z recognizes it perfectly -, I even tried the F13b beta bios, but it falls to the same problem of reboot loop. Because of that, SSE4 isn't being detected.

Could anyone mod the F10 bios with the Q8400 microcode or whatever is needed for the mobo to recognize it and use it to its full potential?

    TIA

I'm using the F5a BIOS on my P67A-UD3-B3 and the terrible VDroop issues are still there. I get VDroop as much as 0.09v (from 1.43v to 1.34V) under load! Enabling LLC does almost nothing (still get 0.07V worth of VDroop with it enabled).

    What's wrong with this board?

Does this happen with other bios versions? I know gigabyte has made llc changes in bios for a few p67a boards

So far, I've not noticed any improvements to the LLC in any of the BIOSses I've tried. I tried nearly all of the BIOSes from F2 to F7 for my old P67A-UD3 (non B3), and I've tried all of the BIOSes (up to the current F5a) for my P67A-UD3-B3. On both boards the VDroop was horrendous regardless of whether LLC was enabled, and it's really bottlenecking how high I can overclock.

Hm... Is there any known bug with X58A-UD7 Rev1 or X58-chipset in general ?

After waking up from Standby (ERP disabled), the RAM Timings differ from Bios settings.

My Bios settings are 6-8-6-24, after waking up from Standby they are 8-8-6-24.
Bios is latest F8. After a reboot all is normal.

Anyone with the same problem ?

If I remember correctly and I could be wrong here, but I think there was at a time or something long with that. 1. What program are you using to see timings? Try another program or make sure you have the latest version. 2. I would suggest make sure you try the latest beta bios. 3. Try increasing qpi/vtt a little and try again. sleep is tricky unless you know it worked in a older bios and not now.

Can the GA-Z68MX-UD2H-B3 please be added to the list?

AIDA and CPU-Z show the same, I think they are reliable.
Bios is F8 Final, the newest.

Anyone else having major boot issues with the p67 UD3P-B3? My B2 worked fine, but now every time I boot in the morning the system will reboot 3-5 times b4 telling me that my settings weren't stable...which is complete bs cause it's 12 hours Prime95 stable. I have to put back in my overclock settings every morning.
