I was F4, i was running IRST and updated to F7 taken from the gigabyte www but IRST refuses to work now, nonstop errors trying to create a cache drive.

I am probably going to just use my SSD as a boot drive and drop the caching 60gb SSD boot and a few select apps, 500GB WDB for other apps, TB drives for storage.

after going from F7, rolling back to a F4 taken from here my bios pic has changed to a U3 based image, how does one change it back or custom change it?
Steam Mover is awesome if you have a smaller SSD. Mine's 60gb, being able to swap whatever i'm using the most lately is almost priceless.

Wink Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS

    Question,

Intel has released a new RAID rom:

    10.5.1.1070 - intel drivers pour Raid/Sata/Ata/Ahci

Would the bin file here be what I'd use to modify a bios (I know it's cptrom.bin in the instructions). Or is the source of the cptrom.bin different?

    Thanks :)

Yes the *.bin file is what you need to moddify your bios. Have you modded a bios before? Before modding the bios I would rename the bin file to icharaid.bin That is the name of the file in the bios.

What is cptrom.bin? I have not heard of that one.

Yes i can do another update for this bios and also for X58a-ud5 rev 2 bios. Fe5. If someone would like for me to do a different bios other then Fe5 let me know.

I can only modde bios's for these 2 boards as they are the ones I have and can test. If I cant test it my self I wont release it.
