    @ stasio

Is there a chance for a F6 beta bios for the 990FXA-UD3? I just need a bios with AGESA v1.1.0.2 as the F7e for the UD7 u posted previous.
The best I can do is to advice you to request Beta BIOS on:
    GIGABYTE
    Maybe,they will ask additional questions.

I finally decided to try BIOS F6 thinking I might upgrade to the Intel Ivy Bridge CPU when it comes out. With F6 I am getting restarts of my computer after just a few seconds. Sometimes it restarts once, sometimes more times and then finally starts normally. Sometimes it is fine and does not restart. This happened after I install F6 BIOS. Is anyone else having trouble with this BIOS. I could go back to F4 for now and wait for a newer BIOS but it has been a while since they came out with a new one. Does anyone know if Gigabyte is working on a new one for this board or could that be pretty much it.

    Thanks, Kent
I am on F6 and no trouble with.
Be sure to flash Backup BIOS also,on post screen by pressing ALT+F12 on your keyboard.

Hi I was looking to see if anyone could mod the Z68X-UD3R bios... can't seem to get modbin6 or anything to extract the modules.

Was looking for the latest intel raid rom / 8111E Rom

Have had some issues with F6 on the UD3R it seems to be spreadspectrum and ErP involved....

Regardless I disabled these after the newer block of bios's and it's fixed the random reboots / me ready

Thanks stasio. I haven't had any problems yet with the BIOS resetting itself. If I flash the backup BIOS do you think that will do anything for my restarts. Thanks again.

OK great. I will give it a try when I have a few minutes. I will also clear CMOS from the motherboard but I have been wondering does that do the same as Loading Optimized Defaults within the BIOS. I am reading online that some say it is the same thing and others say it is different. What is your opinion? Thanks.

Cool another bios with AGESA 1.1.0.2, so I hope there will be a beta bios for the GA-990FXA-UD3 be available soon.
Would be nice if you could keep an eye on it.
