    Does anyone know where the g1 assassin2 f11g beta bios is from? i just had f11g beta sent to me from gigabyte support and the creation date is 8/6/12, they say this will fix my bigfoot issue where the device dissapears after checking properties and looking at hardware id etc, the thing is, ive flashed f11g from tweaktown wich has got a newr creation date but my issue is unresolved, so what do i do?, is the one from tweaktown from gigabyte? should i flash the one they sent me or is it just not wortrh it as there the same?.
    A WHOLE LOT OF NOTHING WORKS PROPERLY

    I asked this on a thread (was more related to SSD's though) and couldn't get an answer so I'll ask it here in hopes that someone knows: what exactly is the difference between F6 and F8D BIOS versions on the x48-dq6? In particular I'm looking at the "updated ahci" bit but it doesn't elaborate much on that. What was changed? If my current HD is running with AHCI and has no problems, should I even bother looking into it? Is it normal for AHCI to scan for about 5-6 seconds on every boot? Thanks in advance. :3

    Done big testing:

    tested all 4 sticks by 1 and all 4 did stable 2400 - 11-11-11-28-1T @ 1.5V

    tested 4 sticks by 2 and all did stable 2400 - 11-11-11-28-1T @ 1.5V

    with 3 sticks in Windows did not start even at 2133 - 11-11-11-28-1T @ 1.65V

    with 4 sticks as usual at 2133 up to 1.65V - VTT 1.2 - IMC 1.195 - Boot failed at BIOS level......

    so looks like BIOS still in big beta hope they fix it....

    now I know all my stick is good and needed good BIOS.

    @EvgeniX

    Your post doesn't tell us much when we don't have your detailed hardware list appearing in each post.
    You should create a detailed hardware list in the PC Specs portion of your forum profile http://forums.tweaktown.com/profile.php?do=editprofile at the bottom of the profile page or in your forum signature http://forums.tweaktown.com/profile....=editsignature.

    note: Right now, the PC Specs feature is NOT saving entered data.
    Create your list in your forum signature.
