Correctly sets 1.35v for samsung green. But can not increase voltage. My Backup bios is F8 when i set 1.4v then switch off flip switch to Main bios (F9q) it then sets 1.4v. It seems F9q is using the voltage settings from Backup bios.
Try to replace memory sticks or/and memory slots.

    Edit:
    reset CMOS also.

Tried U1a on my GA-Z68A-D3-B3. Made booting significantly faster, but also made it impossible to overclock to any significant degree. The DVID option was visible in the menu, but it was grayed out, so I couldn't select it. All of the other voltage options were visible. LLC was also missing, but I never use it anyway.

There's no place in the UEFI to set my VCore to "normal," as some people advise doing before messing with DVID. Is Gigabyte planning to release more UEFI revisions for these boards, or are we going to be stuck with this?

    try different USB ports perhaps???

Also if you want DVID and it is grayed out please try to make the voltage place say normal, use the pageup and page down or +/- keys or type normal.

GB will release more BIOS i am sure.

Thanx Statio reset CMOS after flashing F9q did the trick. Without CMOS reset it would never had worked. After CMOS reset i selected reset to default then reboot and voila correct DRAM voltage detected. One thing i noticed for the first time i got USB surge message in windows, I then went into bios again and chose " Smart Auto" instead of "Auto" got into windows and the message was gone.. i hope.

I just wanted to check do you still have to increase VTT & IMC (1.095v + 1.1v) for sandy bridge on F9q ?? or is Auto ok

**** I think i will CMOS reset after every bios flash from now on...This could be the cause of many issues specially freezes ****
