    Just info:
    GA-EX58-Extreme/GA-EX58-UD5 BIOS
    F4g:
    Fix: F12 boot
    Bug: AHCI/IDE
    F4h
    Fix: AHCI/IDE Bug
    F4i:
    In test,nothing negative
Is the AHCI boot bug suppose to be fix with the recent beta versions H and I? For me this problem still exists with beta version I, but I have not tested H and think if present with I it will be present with H.

Curious about this too, I am hearing a very audible screeching coming from the motherboard and wondering if anyone with the GA-EX58-UD5 exhibit this to? Very similar to inducers causing vibration. Sometimes it does sound like the inducer cricket chirp. Sometimes it a high pitch electrical screeching in various frequencies.

Nope, not getting it at all. Bad capacitor I'm thinking? But then again, they're all-solid caps so I haven't really heard of that happening on a new board like this.

I pretty much agree. I would like to see all available BIOS linked on the front page, or at least all the beta, instead of replacing the link with a new beta.
I could be bounded in a nutshell and count myself king of infinite space, where it not that I have bad dreams.

I have three videos for anyone to watch. I did change the power supply and it did not change a thing except for, perhaps, the commonality and frequency. If you note it happens close to the processor area. All three examples are just loading a game. One is a very good example of the scaling when it is in use. Funny thing is I forgot about my speakers. Give a listen and tell me what you guys think what I may need to replace. Note, the second motherboard does the same thing as the first and a new power supply made no real difference.

I have the same problem with pitch noise. As I could detect. It was from my PSU. I have changed PSU to another one(but same brand). And there is still the same problem. It occured after updating bios to F3. Noises also appeared at my old DVD-combo. The noise at PSU highly activating when I start listening to music or playing games. In your case it may come from fans. Because motherboard is intelligently hard made.
Where I can download F2 for UD5? Want to make some search...
