I just wish I would of bought a board to take advantage of the gpu on the chip.
Yes but even with Haswell, you will always be on Beta BIOS with Gigabyte because, by the time Haswell boards come out, the next Intel chip will be coming out and of course gigabyte will only focus on that new chip and would not bother with fixing any Haswell board bios's. And so the cycle will continue.

    It's their business model.

I have a P67A-UD3-B3 v2 running the F9 BIOS, I upgraded from a 2500k to a 3770k and was disappointed that the F9 BIOS doesn't seem to support overclocking the 3770K. I tried the U1D UEFI firmware instead but came into the issues others reported with the CPU fan, namely it running at about half speed. It's idle speed was half what it was on F9 and it's top speed was about half what it was on F9. Needless to say this seemed pretty dangerous... ...Also it'd randomly force shut itself down in the middle of the night, every night. I reverted to F9 and I guess I'll have to accept that for some reason Gigabyte's '22nm Ready' BIOS doesn't actually support overclocking of Ivy Bridge. I look forward to a more functional UEFI on the P67A-UD3-B3 in the future and felt I should contribute my issues to the thread.

Hi to everyone, this is my first post here, however I'm a Gigabyte user since the X38-DQ6

Id advise everyone to stay away from F19j for the z77 UD3H.

It was all going fine for a few days very stable at 4.4ghz with Offset +0.005 and LLC Turbo.

Decided to test the "fastboot" option today. After shutdown and then a cold restart the Raid controller had disappeared, hence Raid 0 array which i booted from had gone.
It took 5 or more clear cmos attempts and resetting Sata Controller to Raid to get the thing back.

The board will no longer overclock at all though, I've set 44 as the multiplier and put my OC voltages in, but it still shows up as running 3.4ghz.

Also RAM XMP or 1600mhz will no longer work, even though its set my RAM will only run at 1333mhz.

Multiple clear cmos attempts will not let me OC the 3570k CPU again

I don't see a reason to mess around with fast boot in the first place, whatever it is and does.
I've been using that BIOS myself since it was published and have exactly zero problems.

Maybe you should have said "yet another fast boot warning" :P

Yup agree, I had to reflash the bios in the end to to get my OC'c back.

I think this bios is fine then if you keep away from the Fastboot.

    I do.

Just came from an Asrock Z77 Ext4 and the boot time on an Z77 UD3H is PAINFULLY SLOW in comparison - Although it is the better board in general :)

yes that fastboot option is hell

i am using f19j modded right now on the ud3h seems fine so far, without touching those new boot options

and yes boot time is stupid slow, i have the board since day1 and it is always the same

the new z87 are almost here nd we have no bios updates for months, gigabyte already forgot about us a long time ago

z68ma-d2h-b3 updated to u1d. Better fast boot support maybe an ugly ugly bios splash screen that no matches with windows loading symbol
I'm not noticed any new option. Still no manual vcore either load line calibration
