Then the complaint should be reasonable. Even low-end P67A-D3-B3 had updated to UA6 three month age, when would Gigabyte release UD3R's one, which I've been waiting for a whole year?

Tested this BIOS as well (GA-P67A-D3-B3 - U1d).
Following issues: Second grafics-card was not able to be found from OS.

I have similar problem with my MB's U1B which I got from GGTS. It also can't detect cards on PCIE X1 slots, but the X16 ones are fine.
While then I tried to flash P67X-UD3R-B3's U1C into my P67A-UD3R-B3, many problems are solved including PCIE X1 slots issue.
I've asked GGTS if they can tell Bios engineers to apply the same settings from P67X to P67A. But they just remind me it's dangerous to flash my MB this way and ignore the possibility to fix the Bios' issue.
Maybe it's my fault... or not...?

I agree with a lot of the other posters -
It doesn't matter how good or 'durable' the motherboard is, if it has outdated or 'flaky' BIOS.

I personally have Z77 and have been waiting for a simple update for the RAID rom. It hasn't come - so I learnt to do it myself. Ended up taking me 5 Mins to do.
Also have suffered from the BIOS 'Amnesia'.

I feel this is weak support considering - up until a few days ago, Z77 was the current board.

Gigabyte not being willing to spend a little time to keep their BIOS's updated and bug free is the main reason that I wont be buying any Gigabyte products from here on out - for quite some time. And I'm sure Gigabytes recent lack of support ensures that I'm not going to be the only one.

Gigabyte boards are for OC competition usage only, they're not for normal use LOL.

P67 & Z68 motherboard hardware configuration is based on AWARD BIOS.
Existing Phase Power VRM Design work in AWARD, but not in UEFI BIOS.
So,in UEFI BIOS LLC function is not available.

The second limiting factor is physical size of BIOS (4MB) & BIOS chip itself on the board, which is 2x32 Mbit flash for Z68 and P67,
instead of minimum (8MB) & 2x64 Mbit flash for UEFI BIOS configuration, to accommodate all OM's,functions,etc........

    Edit:
Even Z77(X79) UEFI BIOS (8MB) reaching the limit (sample today.....GA-Z77X-UP7 - F6d-mod), after all previous improvements with DDR3 enhance,UEFI Boot, new (bigger size) ROM's,etc....

New Z87 UEFI BIOS are based on 16MB & 2x128 Mbit flash chip.
