I found a bug in the F16c BIOS for the Z77X-UD5H. Apologies if it's been mentioned before.

There's a problem with the PCIe-PCI bridge. I have a PCI DVB-S card in the system. When the system is powered on, the PCI bridge is enumerated as PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_244E&SUBSYS_88921458 (Intel 82801 PCI bridge). However, after a restart it's enumerated as PCI\VEN_1283&DEV_8892 (ITE IT8892 PCIe-PCI bridge). Both are technically correct but it should choose one or the other, not both. The result is that it re-enumerates any PCI devices attached to the system. It's not really the end of the world with a satellite card but it would be a problem for network devices I'm sure.

So I'm back on F14; the amount of betas that have been released without a stable version is annoying me at this stage.

    Hi steeviebops,
    thank you for your inspiration!

Here I wrote some problems with PCIe Gen 3 settings and my PC.
    GIGABYTE Modified Bios

The problem is that my VGA is not detected (not show image) every second reboot.

Now I check enumerated VID and PID and this is the key!
    good detection - ATI Radeon 7970 - VID 1002 PID 6798
wrong detection - Standard VGA Graphics Adapter - VID 1002 PID 6790 !!!

So my GA-Z77X-UD3H with F19j has similar problem, but with VGA.

    What next?

A week later and no reply about (Z77) UD4H/HD4. There are still stability issues (AMD video card would cause shutdown hangs, Nvidia rarely caused a startup hang, but no shutdown hang). Waiting for even ONE SINGLE official stable bios release. These boards have been out for far too long with too many "BETA BIOS" versions.

Hi people. Does anyone know if there is a beta bios beyond F4 for the GA-78LMT-USB3 ? I have read a post by someone on another forum (seen him request on here) that he was able to find one. I requested the bios from him but no response. He said this bios was able to cure his FX cpu throttling issue, which up until now can only be done via turning turbo on and off via overdrive every time one boots into windows (no APM option in bios). I have done a search on here and everywhere else and not found anything about a beta or modded bios, only what this guy posted. Any help would be much appreciated.

    Hi my first post here.

I have a GA-Z87-D3HP motherboard and I;ve tried the various versions of the f5 bios, and all of them give me errors in windows when cold booting, nvlddmkm event 14 is the main issue but other things can randomly crash too. I presume its because of a issue with ram and the bios or something.

I flashed back to f4 bios and my pc is stable with no cold boot errors.

I was wondering where I offer feedback about these beta bios's ?

Are you using XMP Profile setting in the bios? If so try turning that off also and putting in the ram timings manually. I had run into that problem (nvlddmkm) recently and noticed it'd happen if I use XMP Profile from the drop down in the bios.
