    GA-Z87X-UD3H - F7a

^Same issues with this BIOS as all of the F6 BIOSs, DPC latency goes up with the System Interrupt process. To the point where the system starts hanging every 4 seconds or so for 1 second. Gets worse to the point where the system will eventually blue screen with random BSOD causes.

    F5 Bios is 100% stable.

Any chance of ever fixing this?

Hey xendrome, I presume you're still w/ the same newer RAMs (2x16gb)?

Dopamin3 (from OC.net) seems to have a stable system w/ 7a, though he has different RAM setup (4x4Gb snipers), and NV GPU.
Z87X-UD3/4/5/7 & All Other GBT Z87 Including TH Club/Discussion/Issue Report Club.

About to get my build soon, and although I plan to go stock first for a while, I'm not sure now if I should start w/ F5 or the latest F7a.

How did you verify DPC latency at the System Interrupt process? What apps were you running?

F5 BIOS 100% stable also but with F6 BIOS and Auto or Gen3 selected I get constant driver crashes/black screen (the system log is full of nvlddmkm related errors). Setting Gen2 instead of Gen3 makes everything stable again.

having some trouble here with an z87x-ud4h
well less then before but still

build the system together about 3 weeks ago
first, it was terribly unstable with my ram, no matter what settings i tried it would randomly crash sometimes from 3 minutes up to 9 hours
got the latest beta then, still, few days later a later beta, still, few days later, still, now the current f6 seems to be perfectly stable

however, sometimes when i just booted the system, it would seem to be stuck on the splash screen
    restart, it would boot fine
this was with all the bios versions ive tried till f6, now sometimes when i start it it dont even get the splash screen, monitors will show up with no signal error msg
    restart, would boot fine

any idea whats going on with that?

system specs btw .. random image i made last week

are you using XMP for ur mem? If you are may or may not help but try disable xmp and manually tap ram timing in. also if ram is rated 1.6v up it to 1.62v-1.65v
Put latest bios on each bios (Backup & main) don't forget to load optimised defaults after each flash then save and exit (do it for both bioses) (doing it this way completes the bios flash process) then input all your settings.
