    stasio,
I'm not sure if it's right to ask this question on this thread. I just noticed Gigabyte's impressive P35K laptop a few days ago. I'm wondering if there is an option in Bios to disable nvidia optimus (choose to disable Intel HD4600 or Nvidia GTX765m.) Or are there any picture to show its Bios Screen?

My BCLK stays always on 99.77 Mhz with the Bios F8e as with others in this thread.

It doesn´t matter if I load optimized settings, set it manual to 100 or 100.05 Mhz, however it works flawless with the official F7 Bios.

I can´t downgrade to F7, because of cold boot issues.

Stasio I have a couple of questions. I'm wondering what the Non K series OC does, and what LBPLL and SBPLL is. Also, has it been reported that turbo boost isn't working on recent BIOS builds? I'm wondering if its the BIOS, or the Intel ME updates.
There are two new settings Intel has added in “CPU PLL Selection” and “Filter PLL Level”. On the boards which don’t have this different training the “LCPLL” is better as it is more optimized to maximize a lower BCLK range, high on the filter might work best with it at the 103mhz range as well. However for the Z87X-OC with its BCLK training, the “SBPLL” works much better than “LCPLL”, on auto the board will set “SBPLL” when you reach a certain mhz, and set “low” if you set 112mhz+, you can try “high” but I don’t think you will see any improvement.

You must found somebody with P35K and ask.....I really don't know.

I'll test the x79-UD5 and UP4 bioses and report back if secure boot is fixed.

Any rumours about possible stable release for Z77X-UD3H?

    Let's hope it's fixed, also UD7,UD5 and UP4 but not UD3? Isn't UP4 similar to UD3?

Unhappy Re: GIGABYTE Latest Beta BIOS

In x79-UP4 F5b bios XMP still not working, and it is like that since F3x, so i will stick to F3u where everything works fine. The XMP issue i experience is that if I enable the XMP profile the computer refuses to boot and i get menu to load defaults and boot or load defaults and reboot or enter bios. I do not overclock anything but want XMP to be enabled. With all of the latest bios for that board it is impossible.

Have you tried both profiles? You might want to post some more specifics like your RAM, or send Stasio a PM with the exact hardware configuration, XMP is working well for me, and I'm pushing my machine hard and have no boot problems even with memory speed pretty high and XMP enabled with the other RAM settings on auto. I do set the ram to "enhanced stability" but I doubt that would make a difference such as not booting at all vs booting fine.

That way they can look into exactly why it's not working and get it fixed up.

For what it's worth I'm running GSKill 8x 4GB modules for 32 GB total, Windows 7 with an Intel i7 processor.
