stasio, i just flashed it with the new beta bios F22b. The vcore is lower now and everything fine.

Now it is time to mod this bios. I'm pretty sure all the problems that we experience came from one of the OROM or the Microcode

The only problem that i have with F22a mod2 is BSOD but it is once in while now not like the other bios everyday i have white screen, black screen and BSOD.

I check all my hardware and everything is working fine. I tested it with my AMD Rig A10 + FM2+ and i don't have any single problem even BSOD

The BIOS on the GA-Z87X-UD3H - F8F has a couple of issues.

    1) Upon reflash & reboot, parameters such as memory voltage, speed, CPU voltage, and host clock frequency cannot be saved and retained on next reboot.

    2) BIOS only seems to function at CMOS default settings. Any level of OC is all but impossible. Upon reboot, you end up getting a "Hardware configuration error" prompt.

Reflashing back to F8e however, eliminates those issues in F8f

Whoa, glad I saw this before upgrading from f8e. Wondering how this would pass QA, or possibly testing done only using stock settings?

    You have incomplete spec.
    Where??

EDIT: How is it possible ? It has just disappeared.

Anyway... F21 is stable... No problem with CPU OC, no issue with UEFI-vBios and XMP profiles works as well as SSD drive in fast boot... Also mouse lag and problems are gone in UEFI.

    ATENTION! (or not )
After the last Assassin 2 BIOS update, my Windows 7 (yes, original) supposed that i'd changed the Motherboard (WTF!), so i had to reactivate it calling Microsoft support..

Just an advice, because some Windows licenses only have 2 activations (one per motherboard), and i'm on the 2nd motherboard and last activation hehe!
    Motherboard: Gigabyte G1.Assassin 2 -CPU: Core i7 3820 - Memory: 4x2GB Patriot Viper Xtreme 2000MHz, but @1866MHz - GPU: Gigabyte R7970 OC Volt Unlocked

Good question. All I know is that the F8f BIOS appears to be stable for at least booting up. Any tests like Prime95 may yield some level of instability though. However, I am quite impressed with the latest Beta Bios F8e, especially since the "Secure Boot Enabled" portion functions well without complications.
