What I'll try to do is get my Z87 board hooked up tomorrow to get a shot of the Bios section in that. I've read on some of the Asus boards particular ports are incompatible with IRST, so maybe it's something like that.

If Dynamic Storage Accelerator is enabled in BIOS, you can figure it through IRST in Windows....not sure if that's what you're talking about. ??

    Yea,
Z87/97 has IRST in Peripherals, which is Disabled by default in BIOS.

Strange,I never use this function....my IRST always OK.

    Edit:
According to Manual (page 69 and above) IRST function appear only after set RAID Configuration in BIOS.

    X99-SOC Force don't have.....

That's exactly what i'm talking about Stasio, so i'm stumped as to why the X99 doesn't have the option. I did just read something the IRST is "OPTIONAL" on the X99 chipset so maybe it's not implemented in this board which is weird IMHO.

Here's a screen from the Z87X-OC board from the manual.

I didn't see the edit. But why would it be implemented on previous boards (non raid) and not the newest one. It doesn't really make sense unless it was left out for a reason.

Hi mate is LN2 F3B is that not older bios than X08 and even F7D...... if its newer work the magic and post link :D
EDIT: just noticed its for the LN2 board so whats different about the LN2 board compaired to the SOC Force board, and im unsure if that bios is as new as the F7D or X08 on the soc board.
